Lucas "Bubzkji" Andersen claimed his first MVP award by HLTV.org and betway after Tricked's victory at the $300,000+ event in Hungary.
The 21-year-old player finished the tournament with an impressive 1.23 rating, averaging 89.7 ADR and 0.83 kills per round across the tournament. A standout player in many other categories as well, Bubzkji topped the boards in the percentage of 1+ kill rounds, finishing with 56.0%.
Standout matches such as the opening BO3 against Virtus.pro and inspiring maps among which is the Dust2 Tricked played against MIBR in the semi also helped Bubzkji to claim the MVP award.
Bubzkji ended on top in a quite tight MVP race, edging out his teammates Frederik "acoR" Gyldstrand and Rasmus "sjuush" Beck, the latter gaining ground with an impressive showing in the grand final. Michał "MICHU" Müller from Virtus.pro also had a standout performance and was a strong MVP candidate throughout the event.
Not only has Bubzkji claimed his first MVP award at V4 Future Sports Festival, the tournament in Budapest is also the first one of this stature that the Dane has won in his career so far.
